Distribution of vip Genes, Protein Profiling and Determination of Entomopathogenic Potential of Local Isolates of Bacillus thuringiensis

What are supporting documents for your claim of Vip genes to be novel?

You showed the presence of 88 kD band which can be correlated with the PCR results obtained with vip3A gene specific primer. But no antibody specific detection of that protein.

Again, there is no result or accession number for the sequences submitted in any database that were required to prove them as novel after blast analysis.
